The regular meeting of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association was conducted on the 15th of September, this year. The meeting was presided over HOA President Jones, with members present of homeowners in attendance.
After call to order, the minutes from the previous meeting were reviewed and passed with no amendments.

Proposed Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants
The Homeowners Association is presently examining several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed changes are designed to strengthen the standard of life for all residents while resolving current concerns and promoting a thriving community.
- Within the proposed amendments are guidelines related to exterior aesthetics, noise ordinances, and automobile limits.
- The HOA encourages all residents to review the proposed amendments meticulously and submit their feedback by the deadline.
- An open forum will be held on July 20th to address the proposed amendments in more depth.

The Sherwood Lakes Community Enhancement Program

HOA Board Election Information - Sherwood Lakes
Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is happening soon. This year, we encourage all homeowners to get involved in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.
The election will be held on Wednesday, October 25th, with voting taking place from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the HOA Office.
A list of the running candidates and their platforms read more will be made available on the HOA website and posted throughout the community by September 20th.
